I chose the Giant Panda for this project because I thought it would be easy, and my favorite land animal is a Panda Bear. The reason why I thought it would be easy because Panda Bear’s are black and white, the picture will be printed in black and white, so why not do something black and white. So I thought of some black and white things that I like, and that would be a Giant Panda and a Hershey’s cookie and creme. The thing that I think I did well on was the tree. I like the way I put scratches on the tree, as if the bear climbed up that way. The thing I think I did bad on was the way I tried to make the shadow of a branch on the Giant Panda’s head. Overall I think I colored it nicely and the hatching made the panda look really cool.
